Imprint partners with Zaikio to make automation easy
We are pleased to announce that Imprint MIS now works with the Zaikio Platform. This will enable Imprint users to connect with any Zaikio-ready software without any custom development. To make automating processes easier than ever, all they have to do is activate and configure the connection.
Imprint is one of the leading MIS providers in the UK. The ability for our MIS to receive orders from a variety of platforms and then in turn to return status information about those jobs to subscribed software is a powerful tool”.
With the Zaikio Platform, we enable automation by enforcing the normalisation of job data from various sources, using our standardised data model and our opinionated API. The Zaikio Platform then makes that structured data available in a secure workspace, so that subsequent processes can work with it.
The integration with Imprint MIS makes it easy for businesses to, for example, build automated order intake processes with web-to-print shops. Upon order creation, the web-to-print shop sends the job data into the Zaikio Platform. After retrieving the order data from the Zaikio Platform, Imprint processes them and sends back status updates. The web-to-print shop then gets those updates from the Zaikio Platform. This works without any direct communication between the MIS and the web-to-print shop. And this is just one example of the many use cases made possible by the Zaikio Platform.
